1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Evergreen Naturals
Nigeria Ltd. is a proposed tea and beverage company based in Ogun
State, Nigeria. The business will focus on the production, packaging, and
distribution of premium herbal teas, fruit-infused beverages, and natural
health drinks made from locally sourced ingredients such as moringa,
lemongrass, hibiscus (zobo), ginger, and turmeric.
With increasing awareness of
health and wellness in Nigeria, the demand for natural beverages is on the
rise. Nigerians are gradually shifting away from sugary sodas and synthetic
drinks, opting instead for products with organic and medicinal benefits.
Evergreen Naturals aims to fill this growing demand with high-quality,
affordable, and culturally relevant products.
The company’s unique value proposition is rooted
in:
·
Offering 100% natural, caffeine-free teas.
·
Using local agricultural inputs and supporting
indigenous farmers.
·
Employing environmentally friendly packaging
methods.
·
Promoting health consciousness through branding
and education.
We are seeking a total capital of ₦8.5
million to set up the production plant, acquire machinery, hire staff,
secure certifications, and begin operations. The business expects to break even
within 18 months of operation, with a projected annual net profit of over ₦5
million by the end of year two.
