Nigerian and continental meals through customized food trucks across strategic

and event organizers, the business will deploy 3 fully-equipped food trucks
within its first year. The trucks will rotate across high-footfall areas such

Express will fill the demand for accessible, hygienic, and delicious meals
available right at consumers’ doorstep without the wait.
The venture will be operationally lean, requiring
fewer staff than conventional restaurants, low real estate costs, and faster
customer turnaround. Revenue will be generated through direct meal sales,
events catering, and app pre-orders.
Each food truck will be manned by 2 chefs, a
cashier/server, and a logistics driver. Food will be prepped in a central
kitchen and finished fresh on-site daily.
