1. Executive Summary
PetroLink Energy Services Ltd. is a proposed
independent filling station that will be strategically located along the busy
Mowe–Ofada Expressway corridor in Ogun State. The business will provide retail
sales of petroleum products—Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Automotive Gas Oil
(AGO), Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK)—as well as lubricants, car care products,
and ancillary vehicle services.
The demand for fuel across Ogun State continues to
rise with growing urban migration, transport activity, and proximity to Lagos.
With frequent fuel shortages and long queues still prevalent, PetroLink Energy
seeks to address the inefficiencies in fuel access and quality in a
professional, customer-focused, and efficient way.
Our goal is to develop a fully licensed,
high-capacity service station that meets Department of Petroleum Resources
(DPR)/NMDPRA guidelines, supports digital payment channels, and offers modern
amenities like mini-mart, car wash, and tire repair points.
We seek ₦220 million in startup capital for land
acquisition, construction, licensing, tank and pump equipment, staffing, and
initial working capital. Revenue is projected at ₦40–50 million monthly by the
end of Year 1, with breakeven anticipated within 14–16 months of operation.
PetroLink’s mission is to become a dependable,
transparent, and clean energy retail hub—ensuring product availability,
consistent pricing, and excellent service across all categories of motorists
and businesses.
